Having lived in an older home in town the much lower utility bills in the villa was a very pleasant surprise, as was the lower property taxes. I find my villa cozy but not crowded.  The open concept provides a feeling of spaciousness while providing a smaller, more manageable home.
After 2 ½ years here I’m very happy with my choice.

We have lived in our home in the villas of Clover Trails since October 1, 2003 and are very happy with it.  It is perfect for “empty nesters” and yet quite roomy.  This particular model is excellent and would be a wonderful home as a starter home for a small family and, as I said, perfect for a retirement home.  We can tell that it was built with efficiency in mind, plus maintenance free as possible.

Our home at 1235 Mintcrest is the finest residence we have ever purchased.  It is very well built, obviously solid, and will be the last home we will ever have.
