Welcome to Choice Homes by Shawn Bornman, Inc. We are a new home builder from New Paris, IN. We have been building homes in the Goshen area since 1997. Since that time we have grown both in size and area that we cover. You can find our over 600 homes in Goshen, Nappanee, New Paris, Milford, Warsaw and Millersburg.
We build affordable spec housing using quality materials. You can see the difference in our 2x6 walls, 90+ furnaces and Anderson windows. Quality cabinets, trim and lighting, along with upgraded floor coverings round out our well-built homes. We also install egress windows in the basement whenever possible for future basement finishing.

Melissa is married to Shawn and runs the office. She handles the phone calls and fields questions from buyers and home owners. She also handles any warranty work that needs scheduled.
